What you will love about this home

The finca consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen and a living room and a second sitting & dining area. From the living room you step onto the large porch with outdoor furniture. Outside there is also an outdoor shower with hot water from the sun. There is room for two cars. The site is 500 square meters in total and fenced. There is a second terrace with two chairs and two sunbeds.

From the bedrooms you have a nice view of the landscapes and the ocean. Outside, the views are beautiful! You do need a car to get to Conil and the beach.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Conil is the nr.1 tourist beach place on the Costa de la Luz, the most beautiful coastline in Spain, at least that is what we think. If you like authentic Andalucian life come to Cadiz - Conil you will love it! The finca is 5 kilometers from Conil and his beaches.

Additional information

We bought the Finca in 2012, the surrounding is peaceful and quiet but still it is very close to Conil. The finca is 
10 minutes from beautiful beaches and the center of Conil which is filled with bars and restaurants.
